Salary:$130k to 150k

  • Support the IT communications team in executing internal communications strategies and content delivery using a variety of platforms.
  • Responsible for publishing most IT communications deliverables created by the team, across a variety of internal channels like enterprise email, Yammer, chatbot, intranet (SharePoint), digital signage, etc.
  • Help drive efficiency by optimizing the content process through excellent knowledge of publishing platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the success of communications campaigns.
  • Support basic content editing for various communications including newsletters and intranet copy, charts, graphs, and presentations.
  • Translate complex concepts and initiatives into visual representations across a variety of channels including infographics, animations, images, flyers, Yammer, videos, and other visually compelling content.
  • Conceptualize, develop and design layouts for the implementation of various graphics and content.
  • Manage revisions and approvals of content and ensure information accuracy.
  • Adhere to overall company brand and editorial guidelines while managing content
  • Support promotional IT events as needed.
