A leading digital streaming network seeks a CRM & Digital Marketing Solution Architect to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem.
CRM & Digital Marketing Solution Architect Responsibilities:
  • Architect, build, deploy, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions, triggered journeys, personalized customer experiences, and marketing automations using AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Own the operational health of SFMC campaigns by monitoring automations, data flows, triggers, integrations, and campaign performance while proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring reliable day-to-day platform operations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions by partnering with CRM, Product, Retention, Data, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams while managing multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and maintain scalable customer data models, audience segmentation strategies, API integrations, and connections between SFMC and external platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), mobile push providers, data warehouses, and related marketing technologies.
  • Establish technical standards, QA processes, documentation, and development best practices; evaluate new platform capabilities, contribute to CRM roadmap planning, provide technical guidance to marketers and analysts, and support ongoing platform optimization.

CRM & Digital Marketing Solution Architect Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical CRM professional with deep, hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AMPScript, SQL, and working knowledge of Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
  • Experience integrating SFMC with APIs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), mobile push platforms, data warehouses, and external marketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, audience segmentation, CRM architecture, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Braze, Hightouch, mParticle, Tealium, email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA), and streaming, subscription, eCommerce, or D2C businesses is preferred.
