    As the Puerto Rico Entity Administration & Office Support Coordinator with Linxon, you will serve as a critical operational anchor responsible for driving compliance, administrative excellence, and organizational efficiency across the Puerto Rico operations. This highly visible role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage legal entity administration, office operations, employee support, and cross-functional coordination with the Raleigh headquarters.

    You will play a key role in ensuring all local entities remain fully compliant, documentation is maintained with precision, employees are supported through exceptional service, and office operations are executed with professionalism and consistency. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational discipline, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, accountability, and operational support.

    What will you do?
    • You will oversee administration and compliance for all Puerto Rico legal entities, ensuring records, registrations, licenses, and filings remain accurate and fully compliant

    • You will maintain organized document management systems that support operational efficiency, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

    • You will support daily office operations by coordinating vendors, supplies, facilities, logistics, and administrative activities

    • You will serve as a key liaison between the Puerto Rico office and Raleigh headquarters to ensure alignment, communication, and process consistency

    • You will coordinate onboarding activities, employee setup, and administrative support to deliver a seamless employee experience

    • You will manage basic IT coordination including laptops, workstation readiness, access setup, and support with centralized IT teams

    • You have strong knowledge of document control, regulatory processes, and compliance tracking with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail

    • You have experience supporting legal entities, regulated environments, or compliance-driven operations within a corporate setting

    • You have exposure to office management, HR coordination, employee support, or executive administration functions
