Annual incentive bonus targeted at 15% of base salary (up to 19.5% based on company performance); relocation assistance up to $20,000; additional benefits Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role architects, implements, and owns the client's marketing automation and orchestration platform, bridging engineering and marketing to drive scalable, multi-channel customer engagement. Job Summary Own and optimize the client's marketing automation and orchestration platform, serving as the primary technical SME. Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into technical implementation requirements and ensure seamless execution. Lead end-to-end implementation of marketing automation programs, from technical setup through QA and deployment. Enable advanced multi-channel personalization through dynamic content, segmentation, and rule-based decisioning across email, web, mobile, and social touchpoints. Establish and maintain best practices for data hygiene, synchronization, and governance across marketing platforms in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Act as technical lead and mentor, communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders across customer engagement, product, IT, and analytics teams. Partner with Customer Experience, Digital, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to align marketing technologies with the organization's broader data and technical infrastructure. Minimum Requirements: 10 years of experience in a technical role within marketing technology, including marketing automation, orchestration, CRM, and customer data platforms. 7 years of hands-on experience implementing, integrating, and optimizing marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar. 5 years in a leadership role overseeing integration of complex, multi-faceted marketing technology solutions. Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the ability to architect solutions and perform development as needed. Multi-brand experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 experience. Experience migrating to or from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Background in QSR or retail marketing technology environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
