Job description

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead with strong functional and integration testing experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Loyalty Management, and retail commerce ecosystems. The role will lead end-to-end testing, API validation, defect management, and integration testing across Salesforce and downstream enterprise applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end functional and integration testing across SFCC and Salesforce Loyalty Management.
  • Develop test plans, execute test cases, manage defects, provide status reporting, and drive testing sign-off.
  • Validate integrations between Salesforce platforms and downstream enterprise applications.
  • Perform hands-on testing of web applications, APIs, and integrated retail systems.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools and validate REST APIs and JSON payloads.
  • Investigate complex issues across multiple systems and perform data validation using SQL.
  • Coordinate testing activities across Business, Product, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Support testing of retail commerce and omnichannel business processes.
  • Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing/development.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
    • Salesforce Loyalty Management
    • End-to-End Integration Testing
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management capabilities and business processes.
  • Experience testing Salesforce integrations and downstream enterprise applications.
  • Strong API testing experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Strong SQL and data validation skills.
  • Experience with functional, integration, web, and API testing.
  • Strong defect management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead testing activities while remaining hands-on.
Preferred Skills
  • Retail and omnichannel commerce experience.
  • Knowledge of customer, order, loyalty, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
  • Exposure to Sterling OMS, Oracle XStore POS, and MuleSoft.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendor teams.
  • Ability to work onsite 3+ days per week, with flexibility for up to 5 days based on project requirements.
