Now Hiring: Turret Setup/Operators โ€“ 1st & 2nd Shift

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing is seeking experienced Turret Setup/Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience setting up and operating turret punch equipment, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality parts, we would like to speak with you.

As a Turret Setup/Operator, you will be responsible for setting up tooling, operating equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring parts meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses.
  • Install, adjust, and maintain tooling as required.
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and production orders.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring equipment.
  • Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Identify and resolve tooling, material, and machine issues.
  • Safely move materials and finished parts throughout the production process.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
Qualifications
  • Previous turret punch setup and operating experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar turret equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
