Be responsible for overseeing and executing the setup and implementation of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure for an electric taxi fleet company. This role ensures smooth and efficient setup of new locations, equipment, and workflows to support the company's growth and operational excellence. The Setup Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute setup processes for new locations (depots for car fleet), equipment, and operational workflows.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate setup.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for setup and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
