Job description

 

The Building Support Specialist is responsible for all campus needs. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency.

This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.

Shifts available: 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm, 1pm-10pm

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Sense of Urgency
  • Great communication skills
  • Basic mechanical skills: Tape Measure, etc.
  • Strong commitment to providing elite client service
  • Able to lift over 50 pounds
  • Able to operate push cart or Hand Cart/Trolley
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Monitoring various company supply levels by departmental needs.
  • Responsible for corporate event set ups and resets.
  • Furniture deliveries as needed.
  • Assist with Interoffice/Regular Mail services.
  • Assist with recycling bins throughout company when needed.
  • Remove trash throughout company when overflow.
  • Deliver Paper and/or supplies to departments when needed.
  • Changing, Cleaning and Maintenance of fountain pop machines and flavor coffee machines.
  • Data entry and other administrative duties as needed
