  • Comfort using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Ability to work with tight tolerances (e.g., 0.005") and maintain consistent quality.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as part of daily duties.
  • Attention to detail when following work orders, packing instructions, and computer system notes (Epics).
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and quality policies in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Background working in a manufacturing facility, particularly in fabrication or automotive production.
  • Comfort working with aluminum extrusions and other metal materials.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks-generated CNC programs (programming handled by a dedicated programmer).
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-shift team that includes forklift, saw, press operators, and supervisory staff.
  • Willingness to work every other weekend according to a rotating shift schedule.
  • Interest in pursuing further training or education supported by the company, such as PLC training, gas technician training, business courses, or other skill-development programs.
Why Work Here?

This opportunity offers a stable, long-term, full-time role with clear pathways for growth and advancement, including the chance to move into different departments or leadership positions. Employees benefit from comprehensive vacation, medical, and dental coverage, as well as full benefits and a robust profit-sharing program that has historically provided a significant percentage of annual gross wages, with eligibility after a defined waiting period and flexible payout conditions. The organization actively invests in its people through a generous, fully funded training and tuition reimbursement program that supports both work-related and personal learning goals, ranging from technical courses like PLC and gas technician training to diverse interests such as business courses and even recreational activities. The culture emphasizes internal promotion, continuous development, and rewarding contributions, creating an environment where employees can build a long-term career while enjoying meaningful financial and professional growth.
