Trade Settlement Analyst
Pay 29hr
Responsibilities

  • Process and manage trade settlements for assigned customers, including deduction clearing, check payments, and preauthorized credits
  • Validate settlements against program terms, accruals, and internal approval requirements; resolve discrepancies with customers and internal teams
  • Collect and maintain supporting documentation for audit readiness and future reference
  • Recover invalid deductions and reject invalid claims using clear documentation and program rules
  • Identify appropriate program funding to support settlement processing and payouts
  • Research and resolve pricing-related deductions across US/C sales divisions
  • Assist with non-trade claims processing, focusing on Fines and Fees
  • Partner with Sales management to support trade program payout strategies and ensure compliant settlement support
  • Role focus is primarily trade deductions and disbursement requests, with limited non-trade and pricing claim support
Qualifications
  • AS in Business Administration or Accounting with two years of business experience required; BS preferred
  • Minimum two years of business experience required
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Essential Functions
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, calculator, copier, and printer
  • Frequently communicates with customers and internal teams and must be able to exchange accurate information
  • Must be able to review and assess settlement documentation and claim details accurately
Work Environment
  • Indoor, professional office environment working near others and often sharing the same workspace
  • Frequent computer and phone use; occasional movement around the office to access equipment and files
Schedule
  • Full-time, temporary contract role through approximately 1/30/27
  • Onsite: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Start ASAP; interviews required
