Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday expected to be onsite. Week of traning they are expected to be onsite 5 days a week, 6 Months Contract .

We are seeking a Settlement Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in freight settlement, carrier invoice validation, dispute resolution, and financial reconciliation. This role supports global transportation operations by improving freight settlement accuracy, ensuring audit compliance, and driving process standardization across supply chain functions. The ideal candidate has expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), strong analytical skills, and experience creating SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and logistics partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage freight settlement activities, including carrier invoice validation, dispute resolution, and payment reconciliation.
  • Perform audits of lane and rate master data, contracts, tariffs, and service agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate invoice discrepancies and collaborate with operations, 3PLs, vendors, and finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor freight costs, maintain accurate settlement records, and support audit investigations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and standardized processes.
  • Drive process improvements using data analytics and support digital transportation initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, logistics, and global stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight settlement.
  • Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as FourKites, SAP S/4HANA TM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with freight settlement, carrier invoice validation, financial reconciliation, audit compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and English language skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
