Job description

Description:

Crosscourt exists to unite and ignite Ballers through the power of basketball. That’s not a tagline — it’s the job.

No matter the title of your role, the heart of it is the same: you’re a community facilitator. We’re building a team of people who bring real energy, play team ball, and take pride in the room they walk into. People who get better because the people around them are getting better.

If that sounds like you — pull up. Welcome to Crosscourt.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Partners effectively with fellow officials and club staff to maintain seamless session flow and uphold operational standards.
  • Growth Orientation: Approaches each session as an opportunity to improve; receptive to feedback and committed to raising the standard of officiating at every shift.
Key ResponsibilitiesSession Leadership

  • Bring professionalism and authentic energy to every session, understanding that court presence and personality are complementary.
  • Uphold standards of fair, safe, and competitive play throughout the duration of each shift.
Member & Guest Experience

  • Anticipate player needs, respond to questions with clarity, and actively cultivate an environment where all participants feel respected and included.
  • Represent and reinforce the Crosscourt culture and aesthetic from the opening tip through the final buzzer.
Team Collaboration & Facility Operations
  • Maintain open communication with the Experience Team throughout the shift, escalating any issues promptly and professionally.
