We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Coaches to join our growing teamdelivering Single Session Consultations (SSC) virtually to children and adolescents acrossMontana, working closely alongside our licensed clinicians. Many adolescents in Montana never make itpast their first therapy appointment - SSCs meet them where they are, delivering meaningful,evidence-based support within a single session. This is more than a job; it's a chance totransform lives, one virtual session at a time, while staying rooted in the Montana communities we allcherish.

Sessions are delivered remotely, giving you the flexibility to serve Montana childrenand families wherever you are. If you are passionate about expanding access to mental health care andwant to be part of a brief, effective intervention, we'd love to hear from you!

Job DetailsWhat You Will Accomplish
  • Conduct telehealth Single Session Consultations for children and adolescents ages 5-19, addressing concerns such as relational difficulties, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, or other big life changes.
  • Collaborate with clients on an individualized action plan based on their emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Utilize an evidence-based Single Session Consultation framework to empower clients to take meaningful steps towards mental, emotional, and behavioral health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
What is Needed in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health or a related support setting.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively alongside licensed clinicians.
  • Confidence to work effectively within a brief intervention framework, with appropriate training as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using telemedicine platforms.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Proficiency in recognizing signs of crisis or elevated risk and appropriately referring clients to licensed clinicians and higher levels of care as needed.
