*Relevant clinical experience through nurse externships, senior practicums, or related work experience is required for specialized Units (Critical Care, Emergency Services, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Operating Room, Med/Psych)

Who Should Apply to This Application?

  • If you are in your final semester of an accredited ASN, BSN, or MSN program or are within 12 months of receiving your initial RN license at the start of the cohort.

Are You Eligible?

We're looking for passionate new nurses who meet the following criteria:

Required:

  • Within 12 months of RN license issuance at program start

  • Eligible to work in the United States for the entire one-year program duration

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

  • Two letters of recommendation (from clinical instructor, clinical manager, professor, or employer)

  • Valid Georgia RN license (must pass NCLEX per Grady Health System requirements)

Important: Grady Health System does not currently offer work sponsorships for this program.

Cohort Start Information

This application's cohort starts are scheduled for February 2027 and April 2027. Please note that cohort start dates may vary based on the unit and candidate's ability to meet program prerequisites and requirements.
