We have part-time openings on weekend and evening shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Cafe Yumm! 5th Street in the 5th Street Market Alley in Eugene, OR.

Only those available to work evenings and weekends will be considered. Those with open availability will be given preference.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

  • Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $6.52/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

Crew Members are entry level positions, but advancement opportunities are available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
  • Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
  • Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements:

  • 16 years of age or older.
  • Possess "can do" attitude.
  • Arrive on time for every shift.
  • Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience:

  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit.
  • Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
  • Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
