Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company with over 550 people on our team. We're changing the landscape of snacking on nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and more! We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. We've come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering the high-quality products our customers know and love. You'll work in a fast-paced environment across production, fulfillment, and material handling areas.

The Warehouse Associate position is structured into four levels. Each level with varying responsibilities and opportunities for exposure to different parts of working in a manufacturing facility. We are currently searching for a Warehouse Associate - Level 3 for a Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday shift from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

What you'll do

Level 3

SS Operator,Inventory Management,Mixing, Koppers Panning, automation heavy lifter, NJ2

You'll take ownership of operating and maintaining key production or material handling equipment.

  • Audit and verify work completed for accuracy and efficiency
  • Manually lift, carry, move, and stage raw materials, ingredients, or finished products
  • Maintain product flow by replenishing machines/work stations
  • Fill products using equipment and/or tools, such as scoops and scales, for B2B
  • Build, stage, load, and unload pallets or deliveries
  • Accurately pick and move products following FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
  • Meet established production goals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform basic equipment setup, cleaning, and assembly
  • Troubleshoot and report issues that may impact productivity
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift, push/pull, squat/bend, stand up to 10 hrs a day on average. Safely work at heights of up to 40 feet.

What you'll bring

  • Ability to work full-time, day or night shifts (varies based on business needs)
  • Comfort working in a facility that handles allergens (peanuts, treenuts, milk, wheat, eggs, sesame, soy, shellfish, fish)
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and accountability
  • Reliable attendance/punctuality and proactive communication
  • Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs through a full shift
  • Able to on average to stand/walk 10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
  • Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
  • High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or food production environment
