Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home support for an adult male living with his mother in Creighton, PA. This individual requires total assistance with daily living, enjoys calm routines, and benefits from patient, consistent caregivers. If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking for meaningful work where you can make a real difference, we would love to meet you!

What You'll Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps this individual remain safely and comfortably at home with his family. Responsibilities will include:
� Provide full assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
� Support safe eating (cutting food, assisting as needed)
� Offer companionship through preferred activities such as Barney, Sesame Street, and music
� Maintain safety at all times � including hand-over-hand guidance when walking or navigating the home
� Assist with household tasks and routines
� Encourage engagement and comfort through calm, predictable interactions
� Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
� Communicate with Abound team members and family as needed
� Complete documentation and maintain schedules
� Complete ongoing training and professional development
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, gentle, and comfortable supporting an individual with limited communication and total-care needs.

Requirements
� Must be 18 years or older
� Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation

� Patience and comfort supporting someone who is nonverbal and communicates through behavior
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required � we provide paid training and support.
Pay & Signing Bonus
Starting Pay: $17-25/hour
$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
