Sunny days are here with Sesame Street Learn and Play at American Dream Mall, the newest American Dream attraction! Dive into Elmo's World, shop at Hooper's Store, and climb the interactive Sesame Street Playground. Families will love this first-of-its-kind educational play center where learning and fun meet on the most iconic street!

The main purpose of the Learning Ambassador (Part-Time) is:
  • Play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable learning experience for our guests through a friendly, engaging and enthusiastic approach.

primary responsibilities
  • Greet visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Walk guests through the various areas, providing information about the various learning experiences.
  • Assist visitors with ticket purchases and provide guidance on admission procedures and all the options available to them.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a professional, timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage visitor flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assist in crowd control during peak times or special events to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Train and maintain detailed knowledge of learning stations and inform guests about the benefits of each learning station.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize visitor traffic.
  • May perform other duties assigned in other work areas as needed.
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.

desired qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in educational management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for education and creating impactful learning experiences.
