We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Managers and our Project team in Barker, NY.
Position Overview:
ServicePoint IT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. This role involves supporting all stages of project planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring project goals are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in the planning and execution of IT projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and communications between stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Help track and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project needs are addressed.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist with risk management, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
