We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of existing ServiceNow ITSM applications as well as implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform. To be successful, one should have prior experience implementing and deploying the core suite of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change), as well as experience developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform that leverage the automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow. You will be the ServiceNow expert working on SNOW projects for various clients and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance the service ServiceNow ITSM application.

This position is for full time employment with Configure Consulting and works normal business hours onsite and remote at various client locations. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems.

Develop, maintain and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform (help desk/service management)

Support clients in ServiceNow operations like User/ Group administration, reporting, Metrics, SLAs, etc.

Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems

Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise

Be available to travel and work remote to support issues impacting ServiceNow or its related systems within the client's enterprise.

Support and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support the customer's strategic goals

Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team.

Provide quality and consistent service to clients. Desired Skills and Experience Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years ServiceNow development experience (including some or all of the following: Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps)

Able to travel throughout the US as needed.

Qualifications

ITILv3 Foundations Certification

Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow

jQuery or Prototype libraries

Java

CMDB/Asset integrations in ServiceNow

SAML, Active Directory, LDAP

Experience following Agile Scrum develop
