Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions integrated with monitoring, AIOps, and automation platforms across on-premises and AWS environments.
This role requires strong architecture, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive scalable automation and operational excellence initiatives.
