Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred 

5+ years information technology experience 

3+ years working with ServiceNow REQUIRED 

Configuration experience in ServiceNow 

Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience 

Experience creating workflows and forms in ServiceNow 

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels 

Demonstrated success implementing, supporting and maintaining ServiceNow 

Proven ability to create communication plans, readiness assessments and risk assessments for management 

Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow 

Experience working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules of ServiceNow 

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, required 

ITIL certification, a plus
