We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Product team. Reporting to the Senior ServiceNow Product Manager, this role will work closely with the various team to design, develop, support, and enhance solutions across the platform.  This position serves as a key contributor to the continued evolution of the organization's ServiceNow environment and enterprise service delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for automation. The candidate should constantly be looking for opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experiences, reduce manual effort, and maximize the value of platform capabilities. This individual must be comfortable working within a large enterprise environment, balancing business needs, technical standards, governance requirements, and scalability considerations while delivering innovative solutions.
Candidates should possess strong experience with IT Service Management (ITSM). Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Project Management (SPM) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

You will...

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on specified requirements
  • Implement, enhance, and support ITSM processes
  • Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers
  • Identify and champion automation opportunities and workflow optimization
  • Design scalable, secure, enterprise-ready solutions
  • Support ITAM, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and SPM capabilities as needed
  • Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM
  • Experience with ITAM Hardware Asset (HAM)/Software Asset (SAM)
  • Experience with SPM
  • Advanced proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, Integration Hub, and Management, Instructment and Discovery (MID) Servers
  • Experience supporting a large, complex enterprise environment
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Commitment to ServiceNow best practices and governance
  • Experience with Agile delivery environments
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow AI, GenAI, Virtual Agent, or intelligent automation capabilities.
  • CSA and/or CAD certification.
