Looking for a ServiceNow Administrator. In this position, you will support an account in a steady-state. Expectations are that the resource is able to handle day to day support in addition to small enhancement requests. The ServiceNow Administrator will work closely with the ServiceNow Developer to support the account needs within the ITSM modules of ServiceNow. Candidates should have the ability to manage a ServiceNow environment, including the promotion of update sets, upgrades, data loading, testing, etc.
