Journey Bank is a strong, independent community bank with 22 locations and 290 employees. We are seeking a full-time Commercial Services Support Administrator to join our team and work on-site at our Muncy Community Office.Essential Responsibilities:1. Performs a variety of duties to support the commercial services function and works with the Chief Operations Officer in order to provide efficient and accurate electronic transactions to service the Bank's commercial deposit customers and support Bank personnel, including but not limited to:Provides support for services related to commercial services for the Bank's business customers, including ACH customer set-ups (credit and debit files), Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Credit Cards, Business debit card limit requests, Business Billpay, as well as, other new business product line services, as appropriate. Develops appropriate risk assessments and customer agreements related to commercial deposit products and services and updates as necessary when changes occur, providing originals to the Chief Operations Officer with a copy to the Risk Operations Officer.Works closely with Deposit Operations Manager regarding any ACH issues, limit changes, special requests, recommendations to ACH Policy and Procedures, etc. to ensure consistency when servicing the customer.Works with Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Services Officer to evaluate and document an annual review of established limits providing all documentation to the Deposit Operations Manager for audit review purposes.Conducts and documents on-site audits for Remote Deposit Capture customers to ensure compliance with security requirements stated in the customer agreements. Audits to be sent to Deposit Operations Manager for safekeeping.Provides appropriate communications/training to bank staff and customers relating to the implementation and/or upgrades to commercial deposit services.Provides web-site support and works with Marketing to coordinate product development, advertising, and promotion activities relating to updates with the website along with Electronic Banking updates, in conjunction with the Electronic Banking Department.Conducts client visits and supports the Bank's sales efforts relating to commercial electronic products and services in order to develop and maintain relationships with Bank customers and achieve Bank goals related to the department's product line.Informs the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of any compliance issues; and assists with implementing the strategies, policies and/or procedures needed to ensure compliance.2. Participates with the Commercial Services Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer in establishing and implementing products and procedures designed for improving the services provided to Commercial deposit customers. 3. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace. 4. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements. This includes annual Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training and complying with all BSA rules and regulations as the pertain to the job position within the Bank. 5. Communicates in a timely manner with the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, other managers and supervisors, and appropriate staff personnel in order to integrate activities. Requirements: The selected candidate must have the following skills:A B.S. or B.A. degree in related field normally required; specialized banking education and training relating to technology, electronic banking, etc. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; thorough knowledge of electronic banking products and services, as well as applicable regulations; proficient PC and technical skills; visual and auditory skills.A minimum of four (4) years' related experience normally required.Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible to work additional hours as needed. Benefits: A competitive compensation and excellent benefit package, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation time Journey Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
