This role partners closely with the Service Manager to dispatch work, mentor technicians, improve shop efficiency, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the service shop.
  • Dispatch repair orders to technicians based on workload and skill level.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs.
  • Train, mentor, and support service technicians.
  • Assist the Service Manager with daily shop operations.
  • Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record.

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership and manufacturer systems.
  • Master OEM Technician certification
  • Current ASE certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a senior or master automotive technician.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or shop management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems.
