PSI, Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our multi-trade Service Department and technician teams in Gypsum, CO. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands the trades, knows how to develop people, and can drive operational success through strong leadership and accountability.

In this role, you'll oversee daily service operations, coach technicians in the field, improve department performance, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and business mindset. If you're someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and taking ownership of results, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop multi-trade service technicians through training, ride-alongs, and ongoing performance feedback.
Build a high-performing team culture focused on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and accountability.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including revenue, efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Partner with the General Manager to develop staffing plans, recruit technicians, and support team growth.
Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, technician payroll, and on-call rotations.
Collaborate with Dispatch, CSRs, and warehouse teams to improve workflow, parts availability, and customer communication.
Lead weekly team meetings and training sessions focused on technical development, sales performance, and service excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate overall department performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in the skilled trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing technicians, installers, or field service teams.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a technician or installer.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and use performance data to drive results.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
