As a member of Cobb's leadership team, the Vice President of Service Operations provides strategic leadership for service operations, inventory control, warehouse operations, technical training, and operational systems. This role is responsible for building a high-performing service organization through data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, continuous process improvement, automation, and accountability, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational performance, and long-term profitability.
