Job description

  • Create and manage transportation orders within our TMS system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding dispatch instructions, route changes, load information, and operational questions
  • Maintain direct communication with customers, providing updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and service-related inquiries.
  • Handle vehicle breakdown calls and coordinate timely solutions with drivers, maintenance providers, and management to minimize service disruptions.
  • Plan and dispatch local drivers.
