Job Title: Service Now IRM Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Job Description:
The ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing IRM modules within the ServiceNow platform. This role supports enterprise risk, compliance, and audit functions by automating workflows and integrating risk data across systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules such as:
  • Policy and Compliance Management
  • Risk Management
  • Audit Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Customize UI elements (forms, fields, lists, dashboards, portals) and automate workflows using client/server scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems for data exchange (e.g., CMDB, SAP, Microsoft Intune).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct peer reviews, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and prepare release documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding practices and ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and ITSM modules.
  • Proficiency in GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, and other ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with GRC frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Familiarity with access control models (RBAC, ACLs).
  • Ability to design and implement risk and control frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes

Certifications (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
