An established and growing dealership group in the RV and automotive industry is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead service, parts, and warranty operations. This leadership role oversees a team of technicians and service professionals to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Core ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop service department personnel, including technicians, service advisors, and administrative staff.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish professional development goals.

Customer Service Excellence
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and prompt resolution of inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
