About the role -

As the Service Manager, you will be a professional multi-tasker, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines with ease. You will develop long-lasting customer relationships and foster a positive, engaging culture for your skilled Service Team, ensuring our customers get back on the road and stay there. This role offers personal and professional growth with upward mobility within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:Lead, manage, and support the team to achieve departmental goals; train, coach, and mentor employees on industry best practices; and manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
  • Operations:Monitor work scheduling to maximize Technician efficiency and maintain effective communication across departments.
  • Customer Focus:Serve as the front-line customer face, maintaining positive relationships to ensure customer loyalty and generate referrals.


What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of related experience, including 5 years in a leadership role in an OEM Truck Dealership.
  • 310T or Red Seal Equivalent or related experience.
  • Strong automotive/truck mechanical knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent customer service, and time management.
  • G license with a clean driver's record.
  • CDK Knowledge (an asset)
