Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead branch service operations, drive team performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing service personnel, supporting customer retention and account growth, maintaining operational standards, and partnering with branch leadership to achieve overall business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a background in route-based service operations and a commitment to customer success, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the service team to achieve performance, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Coach frontline leaders and service personnel through regular communication, training, performance feedback, and team development
  • Oversee route operations to ensure efficient service delivery, strong customer relationships, and timely issue resolution
  • Support customer retention efforts by maintaining service quality and responding proactively to service concerns
  • Partner with team members on customer visits, route reviews, and service-related problem solving
  • Ensure new customer setups and account transitions are handled effectively and professionally
  • Monitor service performance, departmental expenses, and overall branch service results
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, HR policies, and operational standards
  • Oversee vehicle-related compliance, service documentation, and required records for the department
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and other departments to improve service execution and overall branch performance
