Job Description

Cintasis seeks a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer‑related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone to assist in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services; driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill; performing managerial duties.

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
