Service Manager - High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Chicago Metro)
We are hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume Toyota dealership in the Chicago metro area. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run an efficient, profitable service department while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all service department operations with full accountability for performance
  • Manage, coach, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Manage and control direct departmental expenses

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Service Manager in a dealership environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of service department operations, metrics, and workflow
  • Ability to hold employees accountable and maintain high standards
  • Toyota or Lexus experience is preferred, but not required

What We Offer:
  • Competitive, performance-driven pay plan
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
  • Established, high-volume store with strong support structure
  • Long-term stability and growth opportunity

This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run a department, not learn how to run one. If you're confident in your ability to lead, drive results, and build a strong team, we encourage you to apply.
