Job Summary:

Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team in (North Las Vegas, NV)

You will make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and in-person, developing positive relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Assess customer needs, gather service information, and create accurate work orders in appropriate service management systems
Provide customers with service updates, repair status information, and timely communication throughout the service process
Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service documentation to support effective service delivery
Utilize available systems and tools to capture service details, troubleshoot customer concerns, and support successful repair outcomes
Work closely with technicians, service teams, and management to coordinate service activities and ensure customer needs are met
Support warranty processes by gathering required information, verifying documentation, and assisting with claim submissions when required
Follow Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and contribute to a positive branch environment

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Experience: 
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

High school diploma or equivalent with significant customer service, administrative, service coordination, or related experience
Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and provide professional solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate service records
Experience creating work orders, maintaining service documentation, and using service management systems
Ability to understand customer concerns and translate information into effective troubleshooting and service actions
Familiarity with warranty processes, service documentation, invoicing, or claims administration is preferred
Ability to use electronic service tools and computer systems to support service activities and customer communication
