The Role:

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable Mobile Service Technician to join our team. This position operates out of our mobile service truck, providing convenient on-site vehicle maintenance and light repair services for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys independence and a fast-paced work environment while representing our dealership directly in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and general service repairs on-site.
  • Oil/filter changes, tire mounting/balancing, cabin/engine air filter replacement, fluid exchanges and maintenance services.
  • Perform applicable recalls and service updates.
  • Conduct basic inspections and identify additional maintenance needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile service truck.
  • Manage truck inventory parts organization, and supply levels.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics efficiently to maximize productivity. 
  • Communicate professionally with customers, advisors, and dealership staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous GM or dealership experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in quick service and/or general automotive repair
  • Ability to perform maintenance services independently and efficiently
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and mobile operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
