Job Title- Business Development Manager — IT Services

Project Location – Remote

Duration- Fulltime

Visa- USC/ GC

Need 3-6 years of exp. max.

Are you a hunter with a relationship-builder's instinct? we're a mid-market IT services company growing fast — and we need a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth across IT Projects, Outsourcing/Near-Shoring, and Staff Augmentation.

What you'll own:

▸ Building and closing a pipeline of new logo clients

▸ Developing relationships with senior decision-makers

▸ Hitting and exceeding revenue targets — consistently

▸ Partnering with delivery teams to win the right way

What we're looking for:

✅ 3+ years of Business Development experience in IT consulting services (non-negotiable)
