Job description

Are you a friendly and ambitious person who enjoys working as a part of a team and providing outstanding service to customers? Are you an advocate of health and fitness? If so, we want to talk to you! Our Service Desk Representatives provide an outstanding experience to our customers and work to provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for all. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events.
 Experience:       
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
  • Be able to use basic computer skills
  • Multi-tasking is a priority
  • Be able to recognize and greet our member’s by name
  • Serve coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner
  • Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary
  • Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
General Responsibilities:
  • Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our member’s best interests
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working with team members
  • Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity

  • Be able to comprehend instructions and information
  • Have the people skills necessary to work effectively with the members and fellow employees
