Info Gain Consulting is currently seeking an exceptional Cloud Service Desk Representative to join our team. You will be supporting and provide invaluable support to the Congressional Budget office IT support- Sentry contract.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues involving enterprise endpoints and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Support complex endpoint troubleshooting and operational issue resolution.
  • Review SIEM and EDR telemetry in support of incident analysis.
  • Coordinate technical escalation and resolution across engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate operational and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Demonstrated enterprise IT support experience involving endpoint and cloud environments.
