Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented team member to join our front desk team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play an important part in creating a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
  • Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local area offerings.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and schedule changes as needed.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance front desk transactions.
  • Assist guests with requests, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems.
