What will you be doing?

Technical Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager for classified Intelligence Community cloud, desktop, compute, network, and storage Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager:
  • Serve as MSP technical project manager for ongoing initiatives and new service development
  • Define project and service scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead onboarding of new services into the MSP operating model
  • Develop and manage schedules, work plans, resources, budgets, and project costs
  • Coordinate readiness reviews, pilots, operational acceptance, and production transition
  • Ensure support models, documentation, training, and operational handoff
  • Provide stakeholder updates and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
  • Monitor project and service performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, service owners, and business stakeholders
  • Overall Program Support: Assist where needed to keep the overall program successful

Requirements:

  • Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance with CI Poly
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, service delivery management, IT service management, or program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Experience with management of program/project deliverables
  • Ability to work independently, maintain accountability, and drive delivery against established timelines
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation skills and meeting facilitation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working to the constraints of Federal policies, procedures, and regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP, SAFe, or comparable project or Agile delivery certification
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or other classified federal environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, enterprise kiosks, or comparable end-user computing technologies
  • Experience managing cloud, compute, network, storage, desktop, and managed infrastructure services
  • Experience with MSP governance, service onboarding, operational readiness, service-level management, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service management platform

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
