Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating and facilitating key performing tasks to support daily operations. This person will be an integral part in communicating with customers regarding parts, maintenance needs and future service work. This person will also ensure operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.ย 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors to the office
  • Answer phone, gather service call information from customer & dispatch, if needed.
  • Create and complete service orders in Acumatica
  • Maintain electronic customer files and support customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers, subcontractors, service providers, vendors
  • Communicate parts needs for future service work
  • Work with the project supervisor to communicate parts and equipment needs
  • Maintain high level of communication regarding customer maintenance needs
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications (Skills/Abilities Required)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills and efficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education
