Lou Fusz Kia of Evansville is seeking an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing service team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and helps ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
  • Make follow-up calls regarding completed service visits and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for special-order parts
  • Manage and coordinate loaner vehicle reservations and availability
  • Process customer payments and cashier repair orders accurately
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service appointments and vehicle status
  • Assist service advisors and management with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in dealership systems
  • Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
