Now hiring Senior Service Technicians!
We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 360 unit property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
As the Senior Service Technician, you will help to:
  • Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing

  • Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives:
  • Base Pay: $22 - $ 27/hour

  • Up to 50% Rent Discount

  • Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

  • Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly

  • On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefit

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match

  • Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave

Hours & Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: Daytime shift TBD

  • Paid rotating on-call participation require

  • Must be available and prepared for emergency events

  • HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
