As a Service Merchandising Technician, you'll take on project-based work to ensure products and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers and build strong relationships with store managers.

What You'll Do
  • Place and maintain coolers at various retail locations
  • Perform in-store tasks including, but not limited to: cleaning, lighting checks, shelf changeouts, completing special projects as assigned, and inventory as needed
  • Follow all protocols to ensure the safe placement and installation of coolers on the sales floor in compliance with store guidelines
  • Complete detailed reporting for each service, including required photos from the location
  • Position coolers, adjust shelves, confirm cooler and lighting functionality after installation, stock according to planogram (POG), re-merchandise as required, and ensure the display is customer-ready
  • Utilize planograms to organize coolers accurately, identify missing items, and place tags or graphics as required
  • Build trust and confidence with store managers by demonstrating knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Submit all required reporting, including photos and phone check-ins/check-outs with management
  • Support additional projects in other retailers as requested by management

What You'll Bring
  • Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple store locations each day (depending on market location)
  • Must own a basic tool set
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management team (good communication = more shifts)
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, lift and move 50 lbs + throughout the day
  • Must work hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday - Friday (encouraged to accept weekends and evenings as needed)
  • Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools and power tools
  • Must be 18 years or older
