Job description

Overview

Responsible for supporting the Repairs Service Center in tracking all repair jobs and communicating to customer stakeholders regarding critical information as well as drive information flow within the Repairs group.

Responsibilities

  • Help keep repairs organized through data tracking, communication, and attention to detail. Key point of contact for repair jobs coming in and out of Greenville. Critical role to success of the Repairs team.

  • Coordinate logistics of repair jobs for Receiving and Shipping and work closely with warehouse staff

  • Communicate and coordinate with repair cells regarding receiving and shipping of emergent repair work

  • Communicate with commercial stakeholders regarding deliveries as well as any discrepancies pertaining to parts, quantities, labeling or damage. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise or escalate if support is needed

  • Load all demand info in Excel and maintain accuracy of data to help drive decisions within repair

  • Must be able to perform duties with little supervision and be proactive to attack potential issues before they turn into problems. Must be a self-starter who will resolve issues, train others and not wait to be told what to work on.

  • Maintain all incoming documentation for every repair job in the library/box folders. Must confirm data integrity and keep organized as it is the source of repair info to direct the cells regarding repairs.

  • Familiarity with SAP to carry out all necessary transactions and troubleshoot, when necessary

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Able to lift 50 plus pounds on a regular basis

  • Abilityy to work in high pace, client demanding environment

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma

  • Strong background in SAP MM and WM modules with 1 or more years of SAP experience

  • Strong background in problem solving in a dynamic team environment

  • Requires knowledge of materials distribution and/or logistics processes, methods, and skills related to inventory management. Superior organizational skills

  • Strong data entry skills

  • Strong SAP transactional knowledge with troubleshooting experience1 Year relevant shipping and receiving operations experience, including carrier management exposure.

  • Must develop strong product knowledge of repairs components

  • Familiarity with both Domestic and International Shipping procedures

  • Intermediate skills in using MS Excel, Overall PC literacy, Microsoft Office Suite experience

  • Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines

  • Good organizational skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
