Because of our reputation, our business is growing! and we are looking for a Center Manager to join our team!
The Center Manager is responsible for all contact with customers from the initial phone call, monitoring production through vehicle delivery. The primary focus of this position is on sales, Automotive repair knowledge, and customer service. An honest, fair approach to all customers, sales, and repairs is imperative. This person will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with our fleet and wholesale accounts, parts distributors, and current retail customers as well as building new relationships is key to this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow all procedures and processes based on our business model driving customer service and profitability.
  • Must be able to manage cost margins, conversion percentages, and revenue goals.
  • Utilize appropriate systems and forms.
  • Maintain the appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness.
  • Must have problem-solving capabilities and follow through with resolution.
  • Ability to manage personnel and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Ability and desire to assume responsibility and produce results.

Skills and Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in the automotive repair field, is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of computers and ability to maneuver within programs such as MS Office.
  • Honest and trustworthy, dedicated work ethic.
  • Previous knowledge of the automotive repair industry is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
