You Are:

As a Manager within Accenture's SAP Analytics practice, you will lead delivery teams and client engagements centered on SAP's modern data and analytics platform — including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design, implement, and operationalize integrated analytics ecosystems that unlock the full value of their enterprise data. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep technical acumen, delivery excellence, and the ability to grow both client relationships and your team.

The Work:

Client Delivery & Solution Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements, encompassing architecture design, configuration, integration, and go-live across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.

  • Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment across business and IT sponsors.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, including data modeling, semantic layer design, and self-service BI frameworks.

  • Oversee data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere, including connections to BW, S/4HANA, and third-party cloud data sources.

  • Design and validate SAC story and planning application architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and usability best practices are met.

  • Guide clients through SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including integration with Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines and business content activation.

Practice Development & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to the growth of Accenture's SAP Analytics practice through asset development, methodology refinement, and point-of-view publications.

  • Support business development activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, client workshops, and proposal development.

  • Maintain current knowledge of SAP's analytics roadmap and translate product evolution into client-relevant insights and go-to-market narratives.

  • Collaborate with Accenture's SAP Center of Excellence, data & AI practices, and technology alliances to bring differentiated offerings to market.

People & Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor teams of consultants and senior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and continuous learning.

  • Conduct performance reviews, support career development conversations, and actively build the SAP Analytics talent pipeline within the practice.

  • Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives for the SAP Analytics community.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in SAP analytics, business intelligence, or data management consulting.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with one or more of: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere (formerly DWC), SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a people or project leadership capacity, managing cross-functional project teams in a consulting environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience designing/architecting SAP Business AI Platform. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in at least two of the following domains: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • You have SAP certifications in one or more of: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA.

  • You have experience with adjacent technologies including Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake in the context of SAP integration.

  • You have familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and its relationship to SAC Planning.

  • You have exposure to SAP Signavio for process mining and its integration with analytics use cases.

  • You have experience with Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) in the context of SAP analytics implementations.

  • You have knowledge of SAP Public Cloud Analytics

  • You have knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph and its role as the semantic layer to connect Joule agents.

  • You have a MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative, business, or technology-related discipline.
