Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and online service inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist customers with service questions and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.

  • Confirm upcoming service appointments and follow up with customers regarding missed appointments.

  • Communicate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership management system.

  • Follow established communication processes using phone, text, and email.

  • Complete assigned training and attend scheduled team meetings.

Qualifications
