Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants to achieve sales, gross, and CSI targets
- Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Set clear expectations around lead management, follow-up, and closing processes
New Car Sales Strategy & Performance
- Manage new vehicle sales performance, including volume, gross profit, and inventory turn
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor pricing to adjust strategy
- Partner with the General Sales Manager to set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Customer Experience & CSI
- Maintain a customer-first sales culture focused on transparency and satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally

Process, Inventory & Compliance

- 3-5+ years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in new car sales

- Knowledge of dealership operations, inventory management, and financial performance
