The Role

AppLogic Networks is seeking a high-performing Strategic Account Manager with extensive telecommunications industry experience and established relationships across North American service providers.

This is a senior sales role responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of telecommunications operators. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of telecommunications sales experience, a strong network of executive and operational contacts, and a proven track record of exceeding quota through both new logo acquisition and account expansion.

We are looking for a hunter who can leverage existing industry relationships to create opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and close multi-million-dollar software and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth across assigned accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities through industry relationships, prospecting, and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders within service provider organizations.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and value propositions aligned with customer priorities.
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecast opportunities, and achieve bookings targets.
  • Conduct executive business reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Represent AppLogic Networks at industry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of successful telecommunications sales experience.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, analytics, observability, service assurance, network intelligence, or telecommunications technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success closing opportunities ranging from $250K to $5M+.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual quotas.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline and generate opportunities through existing industry relationships.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving executive, technical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Experience selling into major North American operators sand regional service providers is highly desirable.
