Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer Lead - Serves to support a mission-focused federal IT program in Washington DC.

Join Everforth ECS Federal as a senior server engineering lead supporting mission-essential systems and infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to guide technical execution in a collaborative environment supporting national security and law enforcement missions while helping strengthen reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence across enterprise server environments.
The Senior Systems Engineer Lead - Servers will lead server engineering and enterprise systems support across secure federal infrastructure environments. This role provides senior technical coordination for server platforms, lifecycle activities, secure configurations, operational improvements, and mission system reliability.
The Senior Systems Engineer Lead - Servers will lead server design, deployment, patching, performance tuning, lifecycle planning, configuration management, vulnerability remediation, technical documentation, and operational coordination across server infrastructure workstreams. This position will troubleshoot complex server and infrastructure issues, support secure system baselines, guide technical execution, and help ensure reliable, compliant, and resilient operations across the enterprise.
This role requires a hands-on senior technical leader with experience supporting enterprise server platforms in secure or regulated environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, documentation discipline, technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate across systems, network, cybersecurity, service desk, engineering, and government stakeholder teams in a classified or sensitive federal mission environment.
