Position Overview
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by ensuring the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests while assisting servers with service needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reset and prepare tables quickly and accurately for incoming guests
  • Deliver water, menus and supporting food items to tables
  • Assist servers with food running and table maintenance
  • Clear and clean tables, plates, glassware, and utensils promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
  • Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs when appropriate
  • Stock service stations with necessary supplies
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
